High Hydrogenated

High hydrogenated refers to the chemical process (hydrogenation) applied to certain oils or fats where hydrogen is added to the fat. This process results in an increased melting point, as well as transforming the fat into a solid or semi-solid state at room temperature. The benefits include better integration of the fat in certain processes, improved stability of the finished product, and in some cases, an increased shelf life of the food.

Butyric Fat Substitute

We have a blend of vegetable fats and oils that can replace animal fat in various products, especially in the food industry. Some benefits of using this type of substitute include reduced caloric and cholesterol content, as well as extended shelf life of the finished product.

Powdered Fat With and Without Flavor

Powdered fat is obtained through microencapsulation of vegetable fat and is used as a component in the formulation of multiple food industry products such as soups, sauces, fillings, dairy beverages, confectionery, ice cream, etc. The purpose of using this ingredient is often to improve the texture and palatability of the finished product. Dielectric Oil

DVO TP1® vegetable dielectric oil is an insulating and cooling liquid made from natural esters, suitable for use in distribution and power transformers.

In addition to being a 100% Mexican product, it has high dielectric strength and chemical stability. It is 100% biodegradable and non-toxic. Due to its high flash point, the transformer may require less stringent fire protection measures in compliance with applicable regulations, which can help reduce insurance premiums.
