Research and Development of New Technologies

We implement oil bleaching and de-gumming systems, as well as caustic and physical refining systems. Oil fractioning processes are also used in our plant. We also undertake specialized development of free-trans vegetable fats, aided by our state-of-the-art technology specialized in targeted enzymatic interesterification.
